Meet

Ron Arbino

Ronald L. Arbino is a highly experienced Facilities Engineer and Operations Manager with extensive knowledge of building trades, facilities management, and fleet operations. He has a proven track record of successfully leading teams to maintain fiscal growth and stability while overseeing various projects and ensuring excellent customer service.

Arbino started his career in the facilities and production maintenance industry as a Journey Mailer for the L.A Times in Los Angeles, CA, where he worked for over a decade. He later worked as a Press Machinist for the Rocky Mnt. News in Denver, CO, before moving to Fresno, CA, to work as a Facility and Production Maintenance/Press Machinist for the Fresno Bee News.

During this time, he gained extensive experience in facilities maintenance operations supervisory and repair of systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, and more.

In 2005, Arbino founded his own construction company, Arbino Construction Company, where he served as Owner and Operations Manager for eight years. During his work in the construction industry, Arbino gained experience in customer relations and service, marketing, outside sales, and human resources. He created, implemented, and managed Injury and Illness Prevention Programs as well as MSDS processes oversite including CAL OSHA and hazmat.

Arbino later worked as the Facilities and Grounds Manager for New Harvest Church in Clovis, CA before becoming Operations Manager for B & L Mechanical Inc. in Fresno, CA. At B & L, he oversaw multiple jobsites and directly supervised the service department. During this time, he was able to put his expertise in HVAC operations and Service Management to use, estimating, purchasing, controls and equipment, contracts, systems knowledge of dry and wet sides, chilled water systems, and EMS systems.

Throughout his extensive career, Arbino has provided Health and Safety training with the development of training material for multiple companies. He also developed Preventative Maintenance Programs and managed budgets, preparing, implementing, and forecasting.

In his most recent positions, Arbino has served as Facilities Operations/Project Manager for DHRP Inc. and Buildings and Grounds Manager for Integer Property Management, LLC in San Antonio, TX. He previously worked as Lead Engineer, Operations for Healthcare Reality, also in San Antonio.

Arbino holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from San Joaquin Valley College in Fresno, CA. He is a licensed California General Building Contractor and attended the Pipe Fitters Apprenticeship Program from Local 208 in Denver, CO.

Arbino is highly skilled in project management, vendor oversight and relations, work facilitation, estimating, invoicing, and purchasing. He is proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 365, and embraces new technologies. He is an excellent problem solver, highly organized, and possesses strong communication skills.
